WHY IS YOUR ORDER DELAYED?

Shipping delays are common, mainly due to the high demand for streetwear, which can cause delays in production and shipping. Since streetwear is manufactured in factories in China to benefit from lower labor costs and other production efficiencies, the shipping process can be longer and more complex. International shipments also travel longer distances and face greater logistical challenges.

While delivery delays can be inconvenient, it’s important to note that they often result in significant cost savings for customers. Lower production costs in China allow us to offer products at much lower prices compared to retail brand prices.

In short, delivery delays are expected when purchasing streetwear manufactured and packaged in China. Although waiting for your order can be frustrating, many customers find that the affordable prices and savings make it worth the wait.

CAN AN ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.


DELIVERY ADDRESS POLICY

At Altsneak, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. For this reason, it is essential that accurate shipping information is provided when placing an order.

  • No delivery in case of incorrect address:
    a. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the loss or destruction of the package.
    b. In such cases, if the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend it to the correct address.

  • Address correction:
    a. If a customer realizes they entered an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, they must contact our support team immediately.
    b. Depending on the order’s processing stage, we will make every reasonable effort to update the address if possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected, especially if the package has already been shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses to ensure successful delivery of their orders. By adhering to this policy, we maintain transparency and fairness while continuing to offer excellent customer service.

    The tracking number serves as a verifiable record of the package’s delivery. If the tracking information indicates successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, Altsneak cannot be held responsible for claims of non-receipt.

  • Address accuracy:
    Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Altsneak will ship orders to the exact address provided by the customer, and any issues resulting from inaccurate addresses will not be the responsibility of Altsneak.
